After each day, we evaluate the day and qualify the data. Afterwards, you will receive two reports - an "executive summary" with a short list of findings and our recommendations for improvements, plus a more comprehensive report with all findings, our priorities for these, and more in-depth ideas for improvements. The price does not include transport or a gift for each test subject (typically DKK 50-100).

With your help, we will recruit 8-12 current users to tell us about their use of the product. We talk to them about any problems they have experienced when using the product. We create an overall questionnaire with a few questions we would like answers to, but otherwise the format is open and without a script. Afterwards, you will receive two reports - an "executive summary" with a short list of findings, plus a short list of ideas and suggestions for improvements based on the group's input. ​The price does not include venue, coffee/snacks or food, transport or gift for each test person (typically DKK 400-500).

A user journey acts as a common reference point for cross-functional teams as a storyboard. It gives designers, developers, marketers and other stakeholders a common understanding of the user's journey and helps create a coherent strategy for the product or service. The user journey can be made in sketch form, or illustrated in more detail.

If there is something you are passionate about knowing about your users, it might be an idea to have a questionnaire developed. We help you formulate the right questions, collect the results and present them - possibly anonymised - in a report.
